We contacted Andrea after she sold a listing of hers in our neighborhood in a short amount of time with multiple offers. We contacted her and and asked if she thought any of the underbidders would be interested in purchasing our home. She promptly came by and previewed our house and then contacted several prospective buyers. Andrea spent hours on the phone screening and vetting the prospects. Being the stubborn person that I am, I insisted that our home was worth $725K, based on the upgrades, pool, and paid solar. Though she was initially hesitant to list at our requested price point, Andrea got to work quickly, and mapped out a comprehensive selling strategy, combining social media, internet, and word of mouth. Additionally, she hired an amazing photographer to take wonderful interior, exterior, and aerial drone photographs of our home. The result of her smart, efficient, and energetic strategy was an offer that exceeded our asking price by $5k, which we had in hand within a week of the on-market date!
